The Office of the Founder provides the strategic direction and institutional stewardship guiding the development of the African Women Impact Council.
The African Women Impact Council was established to create structured global pathways for distinguished African women — founded on the conviction that impact must be properly positioned, documented and aligned with credible platforms to translate into sustained influence and opportunity.
AWIC exists to ensure that leadership built on the continent is presented with clarity, authority and strategic precision for global reach.
Founded and directed by Awa Pare, the Council operates through disciplined positioning frameworks and executive standards designed to move African leadership beyond visibility and into structural global relevance.
The institution is intentionally designed for scale — structured to expand through regional leadership, sector representation and evolving governance as it advances African women onto global platforms
